To Bicycle and Pedestrian Subcommittee: Re: Capital after school “Pilot” bike program Date: September 19, 2018 Hello, On September 18, 2018, I met with members of Capital School District in reference to our “Pilot Bike Program.” The details of the purposed program were greatly accepted and we are now moving to the next step of setting the foundation for the program.
