Window was bashed in (random, unrelated to protest although time coincided with) at Caribbean Cuisine and façade funds were used to repair. Caribbean Grocery at 233 W. Loockerman had a window damaged, which was prior to the protest. It is anticipated that the building that the new master hair stylist on South State Street Alley will be painted within a month or so. (This committee provided an architectural concept drawing for this property that depicted gray paint, white signage, lighting and planter. A façade improvement grant application has been approved for this building.) Does code enforcement assess individual building issues on a regular basis?
