The owner of record is Uzin Utz Manufacturing North America, Inc. Applicant #V-14-10 Lands of Mathew E. Mitten, South Side of Lafferty Lane. Mathew E. Mitten has appealed the decision of the City Planner to the Board of Adjustment regarding the interpretation of the Zoning Ordinance pertaining to the definitions of allowed uses in the IPM (Industrial Park Manufacturing) Zone in Article 3 §20 as related to a citation to cease operations pending the approval of a Site Development Plan pursuant to Article 3 §20.6 and Article 10 §2.
