DESIGN COMMITTEE MEETING Wednesday, October 8, 2014 – 12:00-1:00 pm CENDEL Foundation Building AGENDA Welcome & Introductions Develop Draft Work Plans  Mural  Façade Grants  Community Holiday Art Project – Star shaped Nesting Boxes  Downtown Building Survey – Schedule Walk About Unfinished Business  Façade Grant Application – 210-212 N Governors Ave o Grant awarded in the amount of $2500 representing 24 percent of project cost, property owner reported that project is completed and he will submit for reimbursement when final bills are received – Request for reimbursement has been received.  Façade Grant Application 29 W Loockerman St o Grant awarded in the amount of $1931 representing 40 percent of projected project cost of $4828 – Award letter delivered but project not yet started.  Façade Grant Application – 9 W Loockerman St o Grant awarded in the amount of $480 representing 40 percent of projected project cost of $1180 – Project completed but paperwork not yet received for reimbursement of expenses. New Business  Façade Grant Application – 401 S Governors Ave – Application emailed to committee members for review. Applicant plans to attend meeting to answer questions.
