applied to the City of Dover Board of Adjustment requesting an adjustment to its parking
requirement in accordance with Article 6, § 3.9 (Off Street Parking, Combined Spaces) of the
Zoning Ordinance to recalculate the number of necessary parking spaces on the University
campus.
Subject property is zoned IO (Institutional/Office Zone) and is subject to the SWPOZ
