The Development Advisory Committee (D.A.C.) will hold a meeting with the applicants on
WEDNESDAY, March 4, 2015 at 10:00 AM in the City Hall Conference Room of City Hall to
review and comment on the following applications which will be considered by the Planning
Commission at its meeting of Monday, March 16, 2015.
1) S-15-03 Building for Islamic Society of Central Delaware at 777 South Little Creek Road –
Site Development Plan for a place of public assembly building of 28,502 S.F. on a 3.8 acre
property. The property is zoned C-2A (Limited Central Commercial Zone). The property is
located on the north side of South Little Creek Road and west of JH Brown Boulevard. The
owner of record Islamic Society of Central Delaware c/o Usman Sandhu. Property Address:
777 South Little Creek Road. Tax Parcel: ED-05-077.11-01-03.00-000. Council District 2.
Please be advised that the Planning Commission March meeting agenda will include other items in
addition to the item listed above due the weather related cancellation of the February Planning
Commission Meeting. As an applicant you will receive a packet of information for the Planning
Commission meeting including the meeting agenda.
