Evaluation of Bids - Landscaping (Staff recommendation: Awarding #21-0020EL Landscaping Contract to Joseph R. Smith for three years with a City option to extend it an additional two years (five years total) as per the pricing included in the bid submittal) 5. Evaluation of Bids - Overhead Linework (Staff recommendation: Awarding #21-0021EL Overhead Linework Contract to AUI Power for three years with a City option to extend it an additional two years (five years total) as per the pricing included in the bid submittal) 6.
