HISTORIC DISTRICT COMMISSION
JUNE 20, 2013
The Regular Meeting of the City of Dover Historic District Commission was not held on
Thursday, June 20, 2013 at 3:00 PM as no quorum of the members was available at the meeting
time. Members present were Vice Chairman Salkin and Mr. Fisher. Mr. Jackson, Mr.
McDaniel, and Chairman Scrafford were absent.
Staff members present were Mrs. Melson-Williams and Mrs. Purnell.
No formal action was taken on any item, including the minutes of the previous meeting or any
votes on any particular item.
Mrs. Melson-Williams stated that Staff would answer any general questions regarding the
information provided to them.
The next meeting will be held on July 18, 2013.
Responding to Vice Chairman Salkin’s question if there was any item on the agenda that was
timely and should be discussed such as the “Update on Discussion-Role and Scope of the Historic
Commission and Historic District,” Mrs. Melson-Williams stated that all items on the agenda can
wait until the July meeting. It was a series of updates and there were no formal applications for
Architectural Review Certifications that needed to be considered today.
