CIVILIAN PENSION BOARD The Civilian Pension Board met on August 20, 2010, at 3:01 p.m. with Chairman Leary presiding. Members present were Mr. McGlumphy, Mrs. Mitchell, Mr. Blakeman, and Mr. Clendaniel. Mr. DePrima and Mrs. Rigby were absent. AGENDA ADDITIONS/DELETIONS By unanimous consent, the agenda was approved as presented. APPROVAL OF MINUTES By motion of Mr. Blakeman, seconded by Mr. McGlumphy, the minutes of the Civilian Pension Board meeting of February 17, 2010, were unanimously approved. ORGANIZATIONAL ISSUES - ELECTION OF CHAIR Mr. Leary opened the floor for nominations for Chairman of the Civilian Pension Board. Mr. McGlumphy moved to nominate Mr. Leary to serve as Chairman of the Civilian Pension Board, seconded by Mr. Clendaniel. Mr. McGlumphy moved to close nominations, seconded by Mr. Clendaniel and unanimously carried. The motion to elect Mr. Leary to serve as Chairman of the Civilian Pension Board was unanimously carried.
