SPECIAL COUNCIL MEETING - ES ACTION (PUBLIC)

SPECIAL CITY COUNCIL MEETING A Special City Council Meeting was held on June 13, 2023, at 5:19 p.m., with Council President Hare presiding. Members present were Mr. Anderson, Mr. Neil, Mr. Boggerty, Mr. Rocha, Mr. Sudler, Dr. Pillsbury (5:32 p.m.), and Ms. Arndt. Mayor Christiansen was present as well. Council staff members present were Mr. Rodriguez, Mrs. Rivera, and Mr. Hugg. ADOPTION OF AGENDA Ms. Arndt moved for the adoption of the agenda, seconded by Mr. Neil, and unanimously carried. Ms. Arndt moved to recess into Executive Session pursuant to 29 Del. C. §10004(b)(2) - Preliminary discussions on site acquisitions for any publicly funded capital improvements or sales or leases of real property. The motion was seconded by Mr. Rocha and unanimously carried. The Special Council Meeting recessed into Executive Session at 5:21 p.m. The Executive Session adjourned at 6:01 p.m. ACTION RESULTING FROM THE EXECUTIVE SESSION During the Executive Session, members of council had preliminary discussions on site acquisitions for any publicly funded capital improvements or sales or leases of real property. There was no action taken. Mr. Hare moved for adjournment of the Special Council Meeting, hearing no objection, the meeting adjourned at 6:03 p.m. ANDRIA L.
