Attached please find the following for the above referenced project.
1. (9) prints of Sheets L-1 and L-2 showing the master plan and construction details for
the active recreation area.
2. A detailed cost estimate for implementing the plan.
3. Acolor copy of the Little tykes play structure.
The active recreation area will be maintained by the Homeowners Association.
Please forward this information to the Parks & Recreation Committee for review and
comments prior to the 2/17/04 meeting with the Planning Commission, since the final site
plan will be submitted for consideration at the February meeting also.
