Mr. Hugg, um, I have a question for you. It may be a little off topic, but it has to do with the uh, CTP projects uh, and funding. Um, the money um, that's allocated uh, for these projects, uh, is it stipulated that um, it only address road work and sidewalk work? Or could it be used for miscellaneous things? Example, cameras, signs, etc.?

And um, as you're aware, I have a project in my district that's not part of the list that's currently before us, but I'm trying to address the camera issue, as we previously discussed via emails. And I know there's some issues with funding, and I was wondering if maybe we would be able to draw from one of these projects or CTF funds.
