Play from 1:53:31Mar 10, 2026, Council Committee of the Whole Meeting
Yeah, thank you. You've already mentioned, they've already mentioned my name is. We need to look at a number of issues dealing with HR. And this whole area that has sometimes just gone away way out of where we anticipated, whether we can do something within this upcoming budget. Well, we have to discuss it after this coming up budget when we see what we're looking at, because we know this is where we're making these discussions. So if we can't fit it in at this time, because it has to be, I think, a wide, wider range discussions, dealing whether it's pensions, or why we're having so much trouble in getting people in for jobs. I mean, there's some jobs, one job that was out for for 2023. Is that the problem, or was it something else the problem? So, I think we're going to have to grasp this and work on it. So it will happen, and how it's going to happen, I can't necessarily promise you, except that it will happen because there's other issues, I think, that we're dealing with, with HR. And so we'll take a look at it so that we can see if we can find that happy medium, because we did pump up a whole lot of of jobs and change the whole structure to make sure that we were looking after employees. So we'll have to take a look, another look at it. That is the only thing I can promise you, and I yield, Mr. Chairman.
