Thank you. I'd like to know if these, [cough] two employees have comparable experience. Um the chief's employee has eight years of experience in that department, and the um the analyst that is in the IT department, I don't know how much experience he has. So, he's at a level of 129-1, but the gentleman that the police department wants to promote was currently at 126-6. His experience needs to count for something, and I don't know if they're comparable. So, that's my first question. Um do they have comparable experience?
