SPECIAL COUNCIL MEETING A Special Council Meeting was held on November 10, 2014 at 6:30 p.m. with Council President Bonar presiding. Members present were Mr. Dixon, Mr. Slavin, Mr. Hare, and Mr. Hutchison. Mr. Anderson, Mr. Perza, and Mrs. Williams were absent. Council staff members present were Mr. Koenig and Mrs. McDowell. Mayor Christiansen was also present. AGENDA ADDITIONS/DELETIONS Mr. Hare moved for approval of the agenda, seconded by Mr. Dixon and unanimously carried. Mr. Slavin moved to recess into Executive Session pursuant to 29 Del. C. §10004(b)(9) - Personnel Matters. The motion was seconded by Mr. Hare and unanimously carried. Meeting recessed at 6:31 p.m. Mr. Hare moved to adjourn the Executive Session, seconded by Mr. Hutchison and unanimously carried. Executive Session adjourned at 6:38 p.m. POTENTIAL ACTION RESULTING FROM THE EXECUTIVE SESSION Clean Hands Ordinance - Committee, Commission, or Board Member Violations During the Executive Session, Mrs. McDowell, City Clerk, advised members of Clean Hands violations for two (2) sitting appointees. Mr. Slavin moved to direct Council President Bonar to contact the two (2) offenders of the Clean Hands Ordinance and advise them that payment, or a payment agreement, must be made before 5:00 p.m. on Friday, November 14, 2014. The motion was seconded by Mr. Dixon and unanimously carried. Mr. Slavin moved for adjournment, seconded by Mr. Dixon and unanimously carried. The Special Council Meeting adjourned at 6:39 p.m. TRACI A.
