DEDICATION OF RIGHTS-OF-WAY AND PUBLIC INFRASTRUCTURE - VILLAGE OF CANNON MILL (PHASES I, II, III, AND IV) (Staff recommends acceptance of the dedication of rights-of-way and public infrastructure of the Village of Cannon Mill Subdivision. Dedication is to include all of the referenced public improvements.)(Due to time constraints, this item has been placed on the council agenda for the meeting being held later in the evening) 2. TUDOR PUMP STATION - ACCEPTANCE AND DEDICATION OF INFRASTRUCTURE (Staff recommends acceptance of the dedication of the Tudor Pump Station to allow the City of Dover Department of Public Works to take on all operation and maintenance responsibilities (excluding the gravity wastewater system internal to the site, as that infrastructure will remain the responsibility of the property owner) in an effort to protect and maintain the safety, health, and welfare of the public in this area) 3. TEA/NAES REPORT (JULY AND AUGUST) (Staff recommends acceptance of the reports) 4.
