Discussion - Responsibilities and Reporting Structure for the Mayor and City Manager and Continuation of Full-Time Status for the Position of Mayor 3. Proposed Planning and Inspections Fee Increases (Staff recommends approval of the proposed fee increases, to become effective July 1, 2014) 4.
