HI-12-02 Johnson Victrola Museum: Banner Program - Public Hearing and Action on Architectural Review Certification for the design and placement of one (1) changeable permanent banner and an open sign to be located on the Johnson Victrola Museum building. The property is zoned IO (Institutional and Office Zone) and subject to the H (Historic District Zone) and the SWPOZ (Source Water Protection Overlay Zone).
