DDP Design Committee Meeting Minutes July 12, 2017- 12:00PM, CenDel Foundation Building I. Call to order- Kristin Pleasanton, Design Committee Chair II. Roll call- Members present: Kristin, Tricia, Carlton Will Grimes (NCALL) also present. Joan Cote and Tina Bradbury of DDP III. Approval of minutes from last meeting- Minutes approved for June 14, 2017 meeting IV. New Business  No new Façade Grant applications  Checklist for façade grant process  Members present discussed chronological steps in the review process, noting responsible parties for each step, and what means of correspondence is necessary to document decision (e.g. letters of approval/denial, requests for more information, extension requests etc.)  Architectural Grant Process and Applications  Members presents discussed having not received any applications under this grant heading and there was uncertainty as to whether the Design Committee should be reviewing these types of requests. More information is needed on the intent and eligibility of this grant, including the funding mechanism (City/State or DDP), in order to address this issue. V. Old Business  Banners for farmer’s market in plaza are incorrectly sized for the banner arms. VI. Other  Some merchants are considering a military discount  Website renovation is under way VII.
