These properties are currently zoned R-8 (One-family Residence) and the proposed zoning is RG-2 (General Residence). Due to inclement weather, this item was not able to be considered by the Planning Commission on December 21, 2009. It is recommended for referral to the Planning Commission on Tuesday, January 19, 2010 and that a Public Hearing be set for February 8, 2010 at 7:30 p.m. The First Reading of proposed Ordinance #2009-29 was accomplished during the Council Meeting of November 23, 2009. * 5.
