623 Fulton Street. Harrington Commercial LLC c/o Michael H. Harrington, Sr. has requested a variance
from the requirements of Article 6 §3.6 of the Zoning Ordinance related to surfacing of parking areas
and access drives, in order to extend a previously approved 2015 variance from the same requirements.
Reapproval of the variance would allow the continued use of the existing gravel parking lot on the
property past the year 2020. Subject property is zoned IPM (Industrial Park Manufacturing Zone). The
Tax Parcel is ED-05-076.08-01-13.00-000. The owner of record is Harrington Commercial LLC. The
previous variance, V-15-06, was approved by the Board of Adjustment on March 18, 2015, with the
condition that the approved variance would expire after five years.
