One four-story building and one three-story building is proposed, with ground floor commercial uses and residential uses on upper floors, and associated site improvements, subject to future Site Development Plan approval processes. The property is zoned C-2 (Central Commercial Zone) and is subject to the H (Historic District Overlay Zone). The property is located on the south side of West Loockerman Street between South Governors Avenue and South State Street.
