The City Planner has requested modification of variances from the requirements of Zoning Ordinance Article 4 §4.2 previously approved by the Board of Adjustment at its meeting of February 17, 2016 pertaining to the minimum lot dimensions, minimum setbacks, and maximum lot coverage for duplex/one-family semi-detached dwellings in the RG-1 zone. In consultation with other city departments, modifications were made to the site design layout. The Tax Parcels are ED-05-076.12-02-65.00-000, ED-05-076.12-02-64.00-000, ED-05-076.12-02-63.00-000. The owner of record is MauTiste Investment Group. NEW BUSINESS Applicant #V-16-03 762 & 764 South State Street. KCRM LLC has requested a variance from the requirements of Zoning Ordinance Article 3 §1 pertaining to permitted dwelling unit types in the R-8 zone, and Zoning Ordinance Article 7 §1.13 related to nonconforming buildings and uses, in order to reestablish the use of the structure as an apartment building. Subject property is zoned R-8 (One-Family Residence Zone). The Tax Parcels is ED- 05-077.13-02-32.00-000. The owner of record is KCRM LLC.
