DOVER HUMAN RELATIONS COMMISSION The Dover Human Relations Commission (DHRC) meeting was held on March 10, 2015 at 5:17 p.m. with Chairman Wilson presiding. Members present were Mr. Henderson, Mr. Roach, Mr. Ruane, Ms. Smith, Mrs. Sadusky, and Ms. Stewart. Mr. McGiffin and Ms. Hicks were absent....
