Meeting of WEDNESDAY, February 25, 2015 *** PLEASE NOTE CHANGE IN MEETING LOCATION *** The Development Advisory Committee (D.A.C.) will hold a staff meeting on WEDNESDAY, February 25, 2015 at 10:00 AM in the SMALL MEETING ROOM of the Dover Public Library, 35 Loockerman Plaza to review and comment on the following application which will be considered by the Planning Commission at its meeting of Monday, March 16, 2015. 1) S-15-03 Building for Islamic Society of Central Delaware at 777 South Little Creek Road – Site Development Plan for a place of assembly building of 28,502 S.F. on a 3.8 acre property. The property is zoned C-2A (Central Commercial Zone). The property is located on the north side of South Little Creek Road and west of JH Brown Boulevard. The owner of record Islamic Society of Central Delaware c/o Usman Sandhu. Property Address: 777 South Little Creek Road. Tax Parcel: ED-05-077.11-01-03.00-000. Council District 2. Please be reminded that we will meet with the applicants on Wednesday, March 4, 2015 at 10:00 AM in the City Hall Conference Room of City Hall, 15 Loockerman Plaza, Dover.
