HI-14-03 at 6 South State Street – Information and Revisions to approved Plan and its Architectural Review Certification associated with a Site Plan (S-14-11) to permit the construction of a parking lot, handicap access, and the landscape plan. The property is zoned RGO (General Residence and Office Zone) and is subject to the H (Historic District Overlay Zone).
