Review of Expenditures - Dover Police Academy (During their meeting of February 8, 2021, Council members tabled the request for approval of the Spring Academy expenses, if the State Academy is not a viable option for Spring 2021, and direct Police Command Staff to prepare a full budget for a FY 2021-22 Academy for the budget review process, with assistance from the several departments affected, as recommended by the Committee, until the next City Council meeting and pending further information from the Police Department.) 18.
