Disposition of City property – Transfer of Property to the State of Delaware (Staff recommendation: Authorizing the City Manager to execute an Agreement with the State and to execute a deed of transfer as set forth) ORDINANCES FIRST READING - PROPOSED ORDINANCE #2021-06 First Reading is offered on the Proposed Ordinance. Final action by Council will take place during the Second Reading on April 12, 2021. REZONING REQUEST - FIRST READING OF PROPOSED ORDINANCE #2021-07 The First Reading is offered on the Proposed Ordinance. It is recommended for referral to the Planning Commission for a public hearing on April 19, 2021 and that a Public Hearing before City Council be set for May 10, 2021 at 7:30 p.m., at which time the Final Reading and Council action will take place. Ordinance #2021-07 - Lands of Silver Linings Holding Corporation at 630 West Division Street Review of Rezoning Application for a parcel of land consisting of 1.0853 acres (47,275.3 SF). The properties are zoned C-3 (Service Commercial Zone) subject to the COZ-1 (Corridor Overlay Zone). The proposed zoning is C-2A (Limited Central Commercial Zone) subject to the COZ-1 (Corridor Overlay Zone).
