Ardito at 4 Lakeview Drive - William E. Ardito has requested a variance from the requirements of Article 5 §1.2 of the Zoning Ordinance pertaining to the relation of accessory buildings to streets. Specifically, a request is to allow a proposed accessory building (detached garage) to be located closer to the street than the principal building (house).
