Loockerman Street (Staff Recommends Reviewing the Request as Well as Input from the Downtown Dover Partnership (DDP), Downtown Businesses, and Other Interested Parties Prior to Making a Formal Recommendation. If There Is Favorable Consensus for the Request, Staff Will Implement the Change to the Time Limits for the Referenced Parking Spaces) B.
