DOVER HUMAN RELATIONS COMMISSION AGENDA March 28, 2012 - 7:00 PM – Delaware Minority Outreach Committee Office 680 Forest Street, Dover, Delaware 19904 This monthly meeting of the Dover Human Relations Commission (DHRC) is being convened in the community to listen to and learn from the community, to assist where possible, and to transmit the concerns and needs of Dover citizens to the Dover City Council. After introducing members of the DHRC and briefly outlining the charge of the Commission, the meeting will afford citizens of the City and others a forum of three (3) minutes each to relay their ideas and concerns and to advance possible solutions. Following the meeting, the DHRC will develop recommendations and forward them to the Dover City Council for consideration and possible action. The following guidelines will be used for the public comment period during the meeting: 1) Written testimony may be given to Ms. Hollie Ford, Human Resources Office, to be distributed to members for their review until 12:00 noon on Wednesday, March 27, 2012. 2) Citizens wishing to comment should contact Ms. Ford at 736-7073 or by e-mail at hford@dover.de.us, in order to be placed on a list to assist the Chair in recognizing speakers. 3) Each speaker will be given three (3) minutes for their comments. /hf U:\Human Relations Commission\March 28, 2012 Meeting\3-28-12 Community Meeting Agenda-FINAL.doc THE AGENDA ITEMS AS LISTED MAY NOT BE CONSIDERED IN SEQUENCE.
