POLICE PENSION BOARDS
The Police Pension Board met on November 9, 2011, at 3:00 p.m. with Chairman Mullaney
presiding. Members present were Mr. Bonar, Dr. McGlumphy, Ret. Lt. Knotts, Ret. Cpl. Stallings,
Chief Hosfelt, and Mr. Koenig (Interim City Manager).

By unanimous consent, the agenda was adopted as presented.
ORGANIZATIONAL ISSUES - ELECTION OF CHAIR
Ret. Lt. Mullaney opened the floor for nominations for Chairman of the Police Pension Board.
Ret. Cpl. Stallings moved to nominate Ret. Lt. Mullaney to serve as Chairman of the Police
Pension Board, seconded by Ret. Lt. Knotts.
Ret. Lt. Knotts moved to close nominations, seconded by Ret. Cpl. Stallings and unanimously
carried.
The motion to elect Rt. Lt. Mullaney to serve as Chairman of the Police Pension Board was
unanimously carried.
Ret. Lt. Knotts moved for adjournment, seconded by Ret. Cpl. Stallings and unanimously
carried.
By unanimous consent, the meeting adjourned at 3:01 P.M.
