HI-22-02/Z-22-01 Lands of the State of Delaware at South Governors Avenue and West Water Street - Public Hearing and Review for Recommendation to City Council of a Rezoning Application to adjust the boundary of the H (Historic District Zone) to include a series of six (6) parcels consisting of a total of 1.74 +/- acres and an alley as the balance of the lands for the new Kent County Family Courthouse project site. The properties are zoned IO (Institutional and Office Zone) and subject to the SWPOZ (Source Water Protection Overlay Zone).
