Item 1. 1R1~(G~n¥,~[Q) Simon Epiewane MAY 13 ZOU 210 Northdown Dr Dover DE 19904 OFFICE OF mE CITY CLERK 5/11/2022 Division Of Code Enforcement 15 Loockerman Plaza Dover DE 19901 Appeal To CITATION # 22-00000749 Dear Inspector, I am Simon Ewane Epiewane and I am appealing the citation numbered 22-00000749 received from your office. The bases of my appeal are as follows. Firstly, I did not see the first citation. It was the second citation that I saw and was deeply appalled when I found out there was a previous one. However, I acted as soon as I saw the second citation. Secondly, I have already ordered materials to from LOWE's HOME CENTERSof Dover to repair the fence but, unfortunately, the materials have not arrived. I cannot repair the fence without materials. Thirdly, I find it inextricably exploitative and coercive to make me get another building permit to Repair a fence that was already permitted in the first place. Does it mean I would have two fences? Furthermore, as the fence gets older and sections continue to fall apart, so shall I be getting permits to repair? If that is true, it means someday I will have about 10 or more separate permits for the same fence. I am uncertain how justified that is. Please Sir/Ma'am, I hereby promise and declare that I will repair the fence as soon as I get the materials from Lowe's Home Centers. Please find attached my order receipt from Lowe's Home Centers. Thanks for your understanding. Sincerely, 6
