CIVILIAN PENSION BOARD The Civilian Pension Board met on July 20, 2011, at 3:00 p.m. with Dr. McGlumphy presiding. Members present were Mr. Bonar, Mr. Blakeman, Mr. Clendaniel, Mrs. Hettinger, Mr. Koenig (Interim City Manager), and Mrs. Mitchell. AGENDA ADDITIONS/DELETIONS Mr. Bonar moved for approval of the agenda as presented, seconded by Mr. Blakeman and unanimously carried. ADOPTION OF MINUTES - CIVILIAN PENSION BOARD MEETING OF FEBRUARY 9, 2011 The minutes of the Civilian Pension Board meeting of February 9, 2011 were unanimously approved by motion of Mr. Blakeman, seconded by Mrs. Hettinger. ORGANIZATIONAL ISSUES - ELECTION OF CHAIR Dr. McGlumphy opened the floor for nominations for Chairman of the Civilian Pension Board. Mr. Bonar moved to nominate Dr. McGlumphy to serve as Chairman of the Civilian Pension Board, seconded by Mr. Blakeman. Mr. Bonar moved to close nominations, seconded by Mrs. Hettinger and unanimously carried. The motion to elect Dr. McGlumphy to serve as Chairman of the Civilian Pension Board was unanimously carried. Mr. Clendaniel moved for adjournment, seconded by Mr. Blakeman and unanimously carried. Meeting adjourned at 3:03 P.M. Respectfully submitted, William P.
