The project is located on one parcel of land totaling 4.32 acres ± and is zoned RG-2 (General Residence Zone). The subject area is located on the north side of College Road, just west of McKee Road. The owner of record is JNK, LLC. Tax Parcel: ED-05-067.00-01-35.03-000. Council District 1. NEW DEVELOPMENT APPLICATIONS 1) S-11-09 State Street Plaza at 1004 S. State Street – Public Hearing and Review of a Site Plan for the construction of a 9,942 SF office building and other associated site improvements at 1004 South State Street. The property is 0.7635 acres ± and is zoned C-2A (Limited Central Commercial Zone). The property is located on the west side of South State Street at the intersection with Wyoming Avenue. The owner of record is Gateway South Professional Center, LLC and the equitable owner is ADP Properties, Inc. Property Address: 1004 South State Street. Tax Parcel: ED05-077.17-07-21.00-000. Council District 2. 2) MI-11-06 Text Amendment: Revisions to Article 10 of the Zoning Ordinance (Appendix B) – Public Hearing and Review for Recommendation to City Council of a series of Amendments to the Article 10 of the Zoning Ordinance related to the procedures and requirements for applications to the Planning Commission and Historic District Commission. The proposed changes are aimed at improving consistency within the ordinance, clarifying

Ordinance #2011-14.
