Building Improvements to the existing buildings at 15 and 21 The Green. This proposed
Restoration and Repair project involves brick and stone masonry, woodwork, windows,
roof, and exterior painting. The project is considered eligible for administrative review of
Architectural Review Certification during Building Permit process.
ONGOING PROJECTS
1. Update on Draft Zoning Text Amendment (MI-11-06) Updates to Zoning Ordinance,
Article 10 §3. Historic District Commission and Architectural Review
