CITY OF DOVER PROPOSED ORDINANCE #2009-30
1 BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DOVER, IN
2 COUNCIL MET:
3 That Appendix B - Zoning, Article 6 - Off-Street Parking, Driveways and Loading Facilities,
4 Section 3 - Required Off-Street Parking Spaces, be amended by inserting the text in bold, blue,
5 italics, as follows:
6 3.1 Schedule of requirements. Accessory off-street parking spaces, open or enclosed,
7 shall be provided for any lot as specified in article 4, zone bulk and parking
8 regulations or as specified below for each use in any zone, whichever is greater,
9 except for existing buildings within the C-2 Zoning District, where Article 4,
10 Section 4.14, zoning bulk and parking regulations governing the C-2 Zoning
11 District shall prevail.
