Loockerman Street - Update on Referral by the City Planner to the Historic District Commission for Determination of Demolition by Neglect and Review of Architectural Review Certification for Demolition Activities for existing fire damaged commercial/residential building. The property was declared a Dangerous Building by City Council on August 15, 2022. The property is zoned C-2 (Central Commercial Zone) and subject to the H (Historic District Zone). The property is located at the northeast corner of West Loockerman Street and South New Street. The owner of record is SAG Holdings, LLC. Property Addresses: 233-239 West Loockerman Street and 149 S.
