DuPont Highway, Lands of Millers Dover Downs, LLC: Millers Dover Downs, LLC, of Dover, Delaware, has applied to the City of Dover Board of Adjustment requesting a variance from the rear and side yard requirements of the SC-1 (Shopping Center Development) Zoning District Building Setbacks, Buffers and Landscaping (Article 3, §17.7). Subject property is Tax Parcel ID # ED-05-057.00-01-28.00-000. The owner of record is Millers Dover Downs LLC.
