A request has been made for a variance from the requirements of Article 3 §1.15 (e)(i) of the Zoning Ordinance pertaining to the minimum lot area required for the keeping of chickens for domestic purposes. Specifically, to allow for a reduction in the minimum lot area required in order to allow for the keeping of chickens from 10,890 SF to 10,018 SF.
