Board Members Present: Also Present: Ms. Duggins Dr. Victoir Cahoon, Superintendent Mr. Christiansen Mrs. Chenee’ Brooks, Director of HR Dr. Jackson Dr. DePrima - Absent Ms. Pendleton 1.0 Open Session On a motion by Mr. Christiansen, seconded by Dr. Jackson, and on a unanimous vote, the board entered open session at 5:35 p.m. 1.01 Roll Call – Establishment of a Quorum On a roll call vote of 4/0: Ms. Pendleton – present; Dr. DePrima – absent; Dr. Jackson – present; Mr. Christiansen– present; Ms. Duggins – present, quorum was established. 1.02 Open Session 1.03 Public Comment None 2.0 Action/Discussion/Information Items (A/D/I) 2.01 Memorandum of Understanding Capital School District Board of Education and Capital Educators Association (Resolution No. 25-091) On a motion by Mr. Christiansen, seconded by Ms. Pendleton, and on a roll call vote of 4/0: Ms. Duggins – yes, Mr. Christiansen – yes; Dr. Jackson – yes; Ms. Pendleton – yes, the board adopted Resolution No. 25-091 approving the Memorandum of Understanding Capital School District Board of Education and Capital Educators Association valid until June 30, 2025. 3.0 Adjournment 3.01 Adjournment On a motion by Mr. Christiansen, seconded by Dr. Jackson, and on a unanimous vote, the meeting was adjourned at 5:45 p.m.
