On a motion by Mr. Christiansen, seconded by Ms. Pendleton, and on a unanimous vote, the board entered open
session at 5:32 p.m.
1.01 Roll Call
On a roll call vote of 4/0: Ms. Pendleton – present; Dr. DePrima – absent; Dr. Jackson – present; Mr.
Christiansen – present; Ms. Duggins – present, quorum was established.
1.02 Public Comment
None
1.03 Approval of Field Trip (A/D/I)
On a motion by Mr. Christiansen, seconded by Ms. Pendleton, and on a unanimous vote, the board adopted
Resolution No. 25-119 approving the field trip for Dover Middle School Band, Choir and Orchestra students to
Hershey Park Music Festival, Hershey, PA, June 6, 2025.
On a motion by Mr. Christiansen, seconded by Ms. Pendleton, and on a unanimous vote, the board entered closed
session at 5:34 p.m. for the purpose of discussion of Personnel Matters – concerning the names, competencies and
abilities of individual employees.
