PUBLIC ANNOUNCEMENT SPECIAL BOARD RETREAT REVISED AGENDA The Capital School District Board of Education will convene for an in-person Retreat on Monday, August 11, 2025 in the Conference Room located at the Home2Suites by Hilton, 222 S. DuPont Highway, Dover, DE 19901. The board will begin open session at 8:30 a.m. The first item on the agenda for open session will be the approval of a Field Trip for Dover High School student athletes and chaperone to travel to Durham and Greensboro, North Carolina.* The purpose of the Retreat is to review roles and responsibilities, team building, board governance and strategic actions. The Retreat is expected to conclude at approximately 4:30 p.m. The Retreat is for planning and informational purposes and action will be taken only on the field trip * at this meeting/retreat. //SIGNED// Dr. Victoir T.
