Oh, I would be I would be amenable I would be amenable to the solici- solicitor and the mayor working together on it, but I definitely want the solicitor to be the focal point. That's, you know, that's my motion. But I would I would not be not amenable to the mayor joining him if if that's necessary. But I The motion is for the city solicitor to reach out and get feedback either via a report, or they come to council on their view in regards to the median and if there, you know, any discussion or anything pertaining to legislation that might be drafted. That's if they want to share it, you know, but there's nothing wrong with asking. If they don't want to do that, that's just fine. But as each as the city solicitor mentioned earlier, he said being proactive or gaining more information, ascertaining more information does nothing but help us in the future if we ever had to go to litigation on the matter, whether we're for...

and see the mayor's input. I'm all about trying to gain more information and knowledge to sustain any, any action that we're going to take moving forward. I yield.

Play from 33:27Nov 25, 2025, Council Committee of the Whole Meeting
So, in other words, would it be safe to say that that area during the time it was considered was con- was deemed maybe high density in traffic and possibly a a traffic stressor, because that's what we're seeing currently right now? Um, we can say a lot of it may be contributed to the uh infrastructure improvements on Kenton Road, or just the fact that the population of the city is increasing and the road infrastructure may need to be expanded.
