Review of Active Recreation Area Plans (Request for Cash-in-Lieu) - Bay Pointe Apartments - 1080 and 1106 Bay Road and Adjacent Unaddressed Parcel on Bay Road (Planning Reference #C-20-05) (Staff recommendation: Acceptance of the proposed Recreation Amenities and a Cash-in-lieu of Active Recreation Area Construction Donation of $30,084 for the deficit of 6,679 SF of the required 10,000 SF of Active Recreation Area. The proposed amenities in combination with the Cash-in-lieu fee complies with the requirements of the Zoning Ordinance) 2.
