Status Update - Loockerman Street Fire of March 16, 2022 - Dangerous Building (Jason Osika, Fire Marshal and Eddie Kopp, Code Enforcement Supervisor) (Committee Action Not Required) 2. Request for Waiver - Appendix A - Subdivisions, Article VI - Subdivision - General Requirements and Design Standards, Section A - Streets (Right-of-Way known as Raymond Street and Railroad Avenue) - Waiver of Requirements for the Reduction of the Minimum Street Right-of-Way Width, Increase in Maximum Length of a Dead-End Street (Cul-de-Sac), and the Elimination of Sidewalk on One Side of a Public Street associated with a Site Development Plan for the improvements to the rights-of-way of Raymond Street and Railroad Avenue to allow for further development of the properties that these streets will give access. (Dawn Melson-Williams, Principal Planner) (Applicant: Patel College Properties, LLC & Patel Excess College Road, LLC.
