Yeah, I, I get what you're saying. I get what you're saying. Um, but I, I do think that for the minimum, of course, there, there's a work around for everything. But I get what you're saying, because some of the work that you're probably uh putting out for bid is is, you know, basically uh there may not be a contractor within the area that, that would be able to bid on it. And we want to open it up so that we get the necessary uh experts to come in and do the work. But I think we should at least, I'll, I'll even uh if Mr. Hugg is, is listening, um maybe we should uh look into it and see how we can uh accommodate that.
