C-24-01 Tower-Based Wireless Communications Facility at 640 Lafferty Lane (Rise Up Towers, LLC) - Public Hearing and Review of a Conditional Use Site Plan application to permit construction of a tower-based wireless communications facility (WCF) and associated equipment compound in the northeastern area of the mini-storage facility property. The proposed wireless support structure is a monopole of 124 feet with a lightning rod for a total height of 129 feet. The 18.68-acre subject property is located on the north side of Lafferty Lane, east of South Bay Road. The property is zoned IPM (Industrial Park Manufacturing Zone). The owner of record (parcel) is Secure Storage, LLC and the applicant (WCF developer/owner) is Rise Up Towers, LLC. Property Address: 640 Lafferty Lane. Tax Parcel: ED05-077.00-01-25.00-000.
